Psalm 46:10
Psalm 46:10
"Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth."
in a busy world I sometimes find it difficult to get my mind off of the stuff that i need to get done and to focus on God- but He tells us to be still and to rest in the knowledge that He is God. Even though i may have a lot to get done on any given day, I can take time out of my day just to be alone and to be still- because the work can wait a few minutes while I reflect on the person of God.
