Wilkes Barre Duathlon 2012

Wilkes Barre Duathlon 2012.

This is the second year that my cousin, Danae, and I teamed up to do this race.  It begins with a 3 mile run (me), followed by a 16 mile bike ride (Danae), and another 3 mile run (me).  Today we finished at 1 hour and 53 minutes (this is the finish line clock time).  Good times. 

Thankful that my parents came out to this race day craziness.  Happy Father's Day dad.

Memorial Day pictures.  Thankful for those who have served and for those who are serving.  All gave some, some gave all. Thank you.   I'm also very thankful for the person who taught grandpa to play a mean game of checkers.
